309 Drum Tumbler

Morse 309 Drum Tumblers rotate a drum "corner-over-corner" to thoroughly mix drum contents right inside a closed drum, saving you time, labor and money. The drum holder supports your drum on a base plate under the drum, two clamps on top of the drum, and polyester web strap and ratchet around drum. Able to tumble plastic, steel or fiber drums 29" to 37" tall with drum diameters of 18" to 23.5" at fixed speeds of 14 or 12 RPM. Combined with a Morse Control Package, drums can be tumbled at variable speed from 2 to 20 RPM.

Install all Morse Rotators in accordance with local requirements for enclosure and safety interlock, etc. One way to accomplish this is with a Morse enclosure with safety interlock, so the rotator automatically turns off when enclosure door is opened. Power connections and motor controls must also comply with applicable local codes.
